The decision over the 18 Disqualified AIADMK MLAs has been upheld by the court today. This comes as a huge setback for TTV Dinakaran. In September, 2017 Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker P. Dhanapal disqualified 18 dissenting AIADMK MLAs. The MLAs who supported TTV Dinakaran then approached Madras High Court.
