It’s a different scenario at Prem Nagar police station, Dehradun as each morning children in the age group of 4 to 12 years can be spotted entering the police station with school bags. A few months back, Station Officer Mukesh Tyagi saw a bunch of children studying in the open on the opposite side of the road of the police station.
