Sahat Ram, a specially-abled man from Chhattisgarh’s Koriya, is earning his livelihood by making idols of Lord Ganesha and other gods and goddesses. The idols made by Sahat helps him earn Rs 700-1100 on a daily basis. Sahat is making these idols since his childhood and his earning increases ahead of the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. The festival will be celebrated this year from September 13 onwards this year. The festival is also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi and is celebrated for 10 days after which Ganpati idols are immersed in water bodies. Watch the video now for full info:
