The Delhi government has proposed a plan to reserve up to 90% of the seats for locals in the DU colleges funded by it. 28 colleges of the Delhi University receive 50% to 90% of their funds from the state government. The Shiela Dikshit government seeks to reserve seats in these colleges for the city's students. (Audio in Hindi)
