Tamil CONTROVERSY | Politics over the film Thalaiva continues

The stalemate over popular Tamil actor Vijay's latest film Thalaiva continued Saturday with no word yet on the date of its release, which has been put off in Tamil Nadu following threats received by some theatres. Breaking his silence, Vijay, in a statement said due to "unavoidable circumstances" the movie was unable to get released in Tamil Nadu. However, he expressed the hope that it would be released soon.
