The Chinese standoff in Ladakh has
now entered it's third week. Prime
Minister Manmohan Singh has
asserted that India has a plan to
deal with the incursion but the
delay isn't helping says Chairman
and Chief Executive Councillor, the
Ladakh Autonomous Hill District
Council Rigzin Spalbar. Speaking to
CNN-IBN, Rigzin said while India
should exercise all possible options
to get the Chinese to leave, he also
explained the strategic importance
of the spot where the Chinese have
set up their camp. (International News)
