Contesting Delhi municipal elections from jail
Among those contesting the elections for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, from Jamia Nagar's Batla House area, is Zia-ur-Rehman, who is an accused in the 2008 Delhi serial blast case. Zia is currently lodged in the Sabarmati Jail in Ahmedabad.
