CONTROVERSY NEWS OF INDIA - 2G case: SC raps HC, lower court over bail denial

The Supreme Court has rapped the High court, lower courts as well as the CBI over the denial of bail to the 2G accused. The Supreme Court has said, 'In our view the reasoning adopted by the learned district judge which is affirmed by the HC in our view is a denial of the whole basis of our system of law and normal rule of bail system.'
