He may be one of the most carefully-protected VIPs in the country, but Rahul Gandhi took not one but two types of public transport on Tuesday. The Congress General Secretary took the Delhi metro and then used a radio taxi to reach the Japanese Park in north-west Delhi's Rohini area.
