BSP MLA sentenced to life for student's murder
Anand Sen Yadav, an MLA from the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and two others have been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a 24-year-old law student from Faizabad in Uttar Pradesh. The deceased, Shashi Prasad, was killed by Milkipur MLA Yadav and two accomplices in October 2007.
