Madani demands reservation for backward muslims

Jamiat-Ulama-i-Hind leader and Rajya Sabha MP Mahmood Madani said the reservation for Muslims should be based on their backwardness, and not on religion. Talking to Prabhu Chawla on Aaj Tak&aposs Seedhi Baat about his demands for Muslim reservation, Madani stressed the need to focus on weaker and socially backward sections of the Muslim community.
