In any case where high profile someone is involved, the judges purely function for the justification of the crime by the high profile character and not the other way round ie to dispense justice to the victim. Fo day in day out i have been reading how the gang rapes were being done by weli connected offshoots of high profile politicians or officers, but the out come of all those cases were never heard. I used think that Delhi if not capitol for any thing else it definitely deserve to be the world capitol for gang rapes. On the other side one high profile lawer was questioning the media for interfering in the justice system in the NDTV panel of discussion. If Justice is being offered to the victims and if the guilty is punished sufficiently why the media is intefering with public opinion. Justice is not the whole sale property of the courts and few undesrving judges who throughout their career function as lawere with only one objective ie to twist the law in any manner to get their client out of the hooks. How the judges who come out of this lot could function impartially as judges? the very appointment of Judges it self is wrong and our courts also sould bring in the Jury system in this kind of serious cases.
