Bulletin # 1 - DB Corp IPO opens, gets over Rs 69 cr from anchor investors Dec. 11 '09
Publisher of Dainik Bhaskar, DB Corp has opened its initial public offering (IPO) of 18,175,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each today. It is planning to raise Rs 385.31 crore via this issue. The company has set its IPO price band at Rs 185-212 per share and the issue will close on December 15, 2009 for subscription.
