Bulletin # 1 - PM talks tough in Washington Nov. 24 '09
Prime Minster Manmohan Singh talked tough on issues ranging from Pakistan to bilateral trade relations with the US. Referring to the longstanding India-China border problems, the Prime Minister said India has been "trying hard" to engage China over the last five years in an attempt to resolve the dispute through dialogue.
