Army chief on Pak sponsored terrorism
First, Home minister P Chidambaram went on the offensive saying terror from Pakistan will not be tolerated. Now, Chief of Army Staff, General Deepak Kapoor has taken this forward. He's termed New Delhi's inability to protect the country from terror attacks reflection enough... of a need for greater action against the menace.
