NewsX Video: Elevation of Justice Dinakaran put on hold

In what's being seen as a precedent for the Indian judiciary, according to our sources the elevation of a judge to the countrys highest court has been put on hold. Facing allegations of land grabbing Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Paul Daniel Dinakaran will have explained encroachments on government lands in Tamil Nadu. The inquiry was initiated against him at the instance of the Supreme Court.
