Now Prabhat Road resident Ulhas Latkar can brag about his White House connections to his friends, officially. A publisher by profession, Latkar is one of the few people in the country to receive a letter addressed to him by American President Barrack Obama, who shared his feelings on receiving the Noble Peace Award.
