Euro III and IV compliant fuel: Refiners may miss deadline
It seems like that the deadline to make Indian skies cleaner will be flouted once again. Sources tell NDTV that India's state-run refiners are way behind in upgrading their refineries to produce ultra low Sulphur or Euro III and Euro IV compliant fuel.
